• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js • Build scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and microservices • Work with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases as required [Preferred] • Work with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases for data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning [Good to have] • Integrate backend services with Angular-based frontend applications • Collaborate closely with product, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features • Implement unit and integration tests using Jest or similar testing frameworks • Work with cloud platforms ( AWS /GCP/Azure), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and ensure system stability • Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and design patterns

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development and scalable system design
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks)
  • Hands-on experience with Angular or other modern frontend frameworks
  • Strong hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL technologies (MongoDB)
  • Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and Distributed Systems
  • Experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest or equivalent tools
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, containerization, monitoring, and deployments)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
