Job Requirements
- MD Physician / PhD with a minimum of 5 -10 years experience
- Proven success within other Biotech or Pharmaceutical companies
- Proficiency in both Dutch and French
- Previous experience in managing a team of Medical Affairs associates
- Expert understanding of the local health care delivery systems
- Ability to identify unmet medical, educational, and research needs
- Strong comprehension of disease states, knowledge of differential algorithms for treatment decisions
- Preferably a track record in Haemato-Oncology
- Ability to interpret key scientific data
- Understanding of the design and execution of research studies
