• Serve as the technical owner of Tempest, Domino’s scale testing platform tools, ensuring they remain reliable, extensible, and aligned with evolving product needs • Evolve and modernize scale testing infrastructure to support continued growth and increasing product complexity • Deliver accurate, data-driven sizing recommendations for customer-facing documentation based on rigorous empirical testing • Dramatically improve validation and reporting within scale testing by introducing repeatable, automated validation criteria that reduce manual diagnostics while increasing confidence in results • Establish and operationalize scale testing on cloud platforms, ensuring appropriate sizing and configuration guidance for this increasingly divergent product line • Partner with platform teams to enable effective scale testing across additional cloud providers, helping position Domino for future multi-cloud success • Increase the efficiency and leverage of a small team by building automation that scales operationally as the product and customer base grow

• Observe and audit deal-related interactions and workflows across various internal systems to assess performance, adherence to policy, and identify trends • Utilize best practices and a standardized rubric to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and service are being delivered. • Design and support a coaching framework that enables managers to deliver impactful feedback to their teams • Leverage Excel, Google Sheets, and similar tools to analyze quality data, track metrics, and derive actionable insights. • Deliver data-driven recommendations on service and process quality to Deal Support leadership • Support the Deal Support Quality Program through targeted auditing, designing agile monitoring forms to collect qualitative insights, and leading investigative projects that identify opportunities to improve behaviors, processes, and tools • Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners in Sales, Sales Operations, and Systems teams to improve processes and achieve consistent outcomes for quality initiatives • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices

Role Description As an automation QA engineer, you will join an amazing team who are committed to improving product quality. In this role, you will focus on product quality assurance while considering functionality, performance, security, GUI and many other factors. You will use Java/Kotlin, Selenium, Selenide, REST Assured, TestNG, Gradle, Git, TestRail, and Jenkins while performing automation testing for either web or mobile applications. Your activities will include: - Closely collaborate with the development team to help deliver high quality software - Understand and translate business requirements to technical requirements - Enhance software delivery and quality throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle - Perform automated functional and performance testing - Design and develop the test automation framework, implement required libraries, and conduct auto-tests - Maintain CI pipelines and integrate automated scripts into CI tools - Manage any issues that may arise and drive resolutions throughout the testing process - Actively participate in the Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle Qualifications - BSc/MSc in Computer Science - Minimum 4 years’ experience in quality assurance and test automation (functional GUI and API) - Practical experience in automation testing with Java (Selenium, REST Assured, or similar for mobile automation) is a must - Experience in writing queries for SQL and NoSQL databases - Experience in agile software development methodologies and testing procedures - Strong interpersonal and organisational skills - Committed to excellence, continuous improvement, and to achieving the best results - Excellent written and verbal skills in English Requirements - Experience with large-scale data migration and ETL testing - Previous experience testing financial management systems or working in the insurance/financial services industry - Experience with performance testing tools such as Apache JMeter or K6 Benefits - Work from home - Medical insurance given after probation period - Training on market trends and client needs - Continuous learning and personal development opportunities - Holiday allowance in line with local legislation - Competitive compensation package - Performance-based bonus - Fun budget for team events
