• Building core functionality for the launch of our cloud-native ERP platform • Developing new features using .NET, Blazor, and modern cloud tooling • Applying AI-assisted development to improve speed and quality • Improving performance, scalability, and maintainability • Contributing to architectural and technical decisions • Helping establish development standards for an AI-first team
Job Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with Microsoft .NET (C#)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Blazor (Server and/or WASM)
- Microsoft SQL Server or Postgres SQL – schema design, indexing, query optimisation
- Docker – containerise development and deployment
- Github-based source control workflows
- Experience building and maintaining cloud-hosted applications
- Actively uses AI coding tools such as: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Chat-based LLM tooling for development
- Comfortable with generating, reviewing, and refining code with AI assistance
- Using AI for refactoring, test generation, and documentation
- Strong understanding of manufacturing ERP / MRP systems
