Role Description Fi is looking for a Senior Mobile Software Engineer - iOS to design and build dynamic, cutting-edge product experiences that redefine the pet-tech industry. Qualifications - 6+ years of experience as a mobile engineer, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional software. - Expertise in Swift/SwiftUI and familiarity with Auto Layout for dynamic interface design. - Experience contributing to the development of a successful consumer product. - Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating user-friendly mobile experiences. • Build and evolve key native features of the WeightWatchers iOS app that support members in their health journeys: food tracking, activity logging, weight trends, and our new AI-driven health insights. • Deliver premium UI/UX using modern Apple frameworks to ensure the app feels fast, fluid, and intuitive. • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and Behavioral Science teams to deliver features that support daily habit formation and medical weight-loss journeys (including our GLP-1 Med+ initiatives). • Own the implementation of upcoming flagship initiatives, including Lock Screen Widgets, Live Activities, and health data integrations. • Shape the architectural decisions and technical standards for our iOS application, ensuring a robust, modular, and testable codebase. • Operate with high autonomy and influence: proactively question assumptions, bring new ideas, and champion product quality and performance.

• Own gross profit, expected credit loss, risk adjusted unit economics, portfolio scaling decisions and credit policy direction. • Be responsible for lead policy, experimentation, analytics, and performance — and be accountable for portfolio outcomes end-to-end. • Design and implement credit policy changes • Quantify impact across FPD, roll rates, NPL, ECL, NPV and GP uplift. • Present before/after impact analysis • Ensure policy governance and documentation standards. • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests • Ensure statistical validity and bias control • Measure impact beyond FPD — full unit economics view • Scale winning strategies quickly • Terminate underperforming experiments fast. • Deeply understand loan level NPV, user level NPV, Behavioural EIR, discounting logic, lifetime value modelling and risk adjusted CAC impact. • Acquisition risk filters • Limit assignment logic • Pricing bands • Tenure optimisation • Top-up strategy • Collections alignment • Fraud overlays • Model strategy alignment. • Lead and build a high-performance risk/analytics team • Set weekly performance rhythms • Ensure dashboards are decision-grade • Review analysis rigorously • Maintain strong data governance.
