Senior Systems Analyst

• Plan and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables meet quality standards; • Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, remove impediments and engage the team in agile practices; • Develop analytical performance reports and present periodic committee updates to stakeholders, providing visibility into risks, dependencies and progress; • Identify business scope and translate it into technical specifications, diagrams and data models; • Define implementation strategy within Java and Angular ecosystems, ensuring architecture is scalable and secure; • Resolve critical technical incidents and ensure system stability in staging (UAT) and production environments; • Keep technical documentation up to date using UML, BPMN and ER (Entity-Relationship) models; • Ensure traceability of requirements from elicitation through final user acceptance testing (UAT); • Promote process transparency, ensuring visibility and alignment among stakeholders; • Optimize product delivery flow by removing bottlenecks and increasing process efficiency; • Monitor bug and incident resolution, ensuring squads meet established SLAs; • Ability to switch between technical and business conversations; • Commitment to deadlines, performance and delivery excellence; • Ability to mediate conflicts and facilitate the resolution of complex impediments.
Job Requirements

- Planning and project management, including management of deliverables, deadlines and schedule tracking;
- Organization and facilitation of executive committees, with the ability to structure and present status reports (progress, risks, dependencies and replanning);
- Agile and traditional methodologies, especially Scrum, Kanban and PMBOK;
- Management and facilitation of impediments, supporting team flow and removal of blockers;
- Preparation of Functional Specifications and User Stories;
- Strong experience with Java and Angular;
- Proficiency in SQL (relational databases) and familiarity with NoSQL;
- UML, BPMN and system modeling tools;
- Software Architecture, Information Security and QA (testing);
- Monitoring of specifications and UAT processes, with control of outstanding items with designated owners;
- Agile methodology pillars, promoting team engagement and alignment;
- Certification in Sparx Enterprise Architect (considered a plus).
