• Ownership and execution of a continuous program running XBOW against public bug bounty programs, e.g. companies using HackerOne. • Ownership and execution of a program running XBOW in collaboration with open-source projects (program to be launched in Q2). • Ensuring that targets are attackable and our activities would be within their bug-bounty scope. • Prioritizing targets based on attack surface and target value. • Incorporation of pre-release XBOW software (e.g. new attack techniques or validators) into the program schedule. • Full end-to-end automation of the attack pipeline, including: - Scanning and reconnaissance infrastructure - Safety / compliance checks - Automated target prioritization and selection - Automated attack dispatch and management. - Tooling for triage and analysis of findings. - Company-wide dashboard for all active programs.

• Design, develop, and implement highly scalable, reliable, and maintainable test automation frameworks from scratch across multiple platforms (e.g., web, API, backend services) • Serve as the technical authority on testing methodologies, tools, and best practices • Drive high standards for test code quality, structure, and maintainability, including code reviews for automation scripts and framework contributions from the SDET team • Design and execute advanced non-functional tests, including performance and load tests, and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline • Partner with development and product teams to integrate testing practices early in the development lifecycle (Shift-Left) • Advocate for and implement robust quality gates and coverage metrics • Own and optimize the integration of automated tests into the Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline to ensure rapid feedback and zero defect leakage to production • Expertly debug and analyze complex system failures, identifying root causes in both application code and test infrastructure • Coach and mentor junior and mid-level SDETs and software engineers on technical design, testing strategy, and effective automation techniques • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for test strategies, automation frameworks, and best practices to enable self-service quality for all engineers • Contribute significantly to the long-term quality roadmap and technology choices alongside Engineering Managers and Principal Engineers

• Lead QA efforts toward successful project delivery, including overseeing manual and automation test strategy, plans, and processes across access points and scrum teams • Define and evolve comprehensive automation, regression, performance, and release testing strategies within our Agile SDLC • Architect, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web applications, APIs (REST/WebHooks), and database layers • Write and review high-quality automated test scripts and ensure seamless integration into CI/CD pipelines • Develop and execute automated API, UI, integration, regression, and performance test suites to ensure product reliability and scalability • Own and prioritize the QA backlog, including automation coverage, technical debt, and infrastructure testing initiatives • Serve as the point of escalation for QA matters, managing risk, prioritizing coverage, and ensuring release readiness • Troubleshoot complex defects by analyzing logs, database traces, and system behavior; drive root cause analysis and long-term quality improvements • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, QA, and Leadership to define acceptance criteria, quality standards, and test requirements • Champion quality engineering best practices, testability, and maintainable code design • Mentor and develop QA Engineers through hands-on guidance of automation frameworks, tools, and testing methodologies • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and building a high-performing QA practice that scales with our organization

• Creating, maintenance and evaluation of software automation test scripts for both UI and API (including incorporation of dynamic test data) for a web site • Creating and maintaining manual test scripts when needed • Conduct testing following a disciplined procedures and documentation (Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Case, Results, Defect Analysis, Test Summary) • Ability to train others regarding automation test concepts; plus providing guidance and direction as needed • Gathering and validating application functional/performance/load requirements • Creation and maintenance of test plans and test cases • Execution, as required, of manual and automated software testing in areas involving installation, functional, performance and load, integration, and regression testing • Documentation of process improvements regarding best practices regarding test automation • Creation of test reports and test visualizations (Splunk) • Maintenance of all test documentation and results with results • Coordination and prioritization of test development activities and the ability to work with multiple development teams and software projects are also critical for the selected candidate.
