Project Manager
Order Group
• Leading IT projects (mostly for energy industry) within defined scope, time and budget • Daily cooperation with a dedicated IT teams • Understanding business processes and IT Architecture and defining project plan accordingly • Facilitating SCRUM framework and running the software management process in the agile way • Managing the full end-to-end process from idea to design & developing the product • Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders • Sharing experience and educating other team members about agile mindset and best practices • Being agile and proactive while taking part in Meetings, Sprints and other SCRUM rituals • Supporting formal process related to accounting & billing the work • Assisting our clients in making key decisions at every stage of product development • Keep your team morale high • Actively participating in the work of the project management office (e.g. building/optimizing project tools, formulating and following "good practices", company policies and rules) • Sharing insights and best practices in the field of energy industry • Beeing Product Owner in some projects - depending on the project
Job Requirements
- Professional experience as an Project Manager (3+ years)
- Professional experience working in a IT industry (2+ years)
- Working experience with agile project delivery methodology
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (min. C1 level)
- Knowledge of Polish: at least C1 level (a must)
- Strong team cooperation skills, engagement in company’s life and development
- Good reporting skills (to update project status: burndown, risks, team members performance)
- Work experience in contact with a business client
- Ability to effectively combine the needs of the client and the team

• Coordinate with business development teammates to properly transfer sales cycle knowledge for each new implementation the IPM will manage. • Drive exceptional, consistent project management for concurrent projects. • Translate business needs into comprehensive project plans including objectives, timeline, deliverables, budget and quality standards for the entire life cycle of the project. • Serve as the day-to-day project lead, ensuring the progress of teams against established goals. • Coordinate with leaders to secure needed resources based on availability and talent needed. • Communicate closely with account teams and customer contacts throughout the implementation so that all parties understand tasks, deadlines and items that put timelines at risk if delays occur. • Manage customer expectations and raise appropriate issues to Director of Operations and other leaders. • Drive results with all parties (EBTech/account team/customer/carriers) • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer contacts through efficient, quality execution of projects, effective communication, and value-added consulting advice • Train customers on use of new tools and approaches. • Follow organizational and line of business processes, protocols and quality standards in the development and deployment of solutions.
