Telecare Corporation, the Alameda County Behavioral Health system, and the Santa Rita Jail have formed a unique partnership. Leveraging Telecare’s behavioral health expertise, an interdisciplinary team of nurses, clinicians, and prescribers will provide overnight services, including behavioral health screenings, assessments and evaluations, crisis services, and response to urgent and emergent referrals.

Role Description The incumbent will report to the Director of Learning and Leadership Development and be primarily responsible for planning, developing, implementing, evaluating and conducting instructor-led trainings for Telecare leaders, and other staff as requested by programs. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years’ experience supervising and managing performance of others, or master’s degree and two (2) years’ experience supervising and managing performance of others - Two (2) years’ experience in facilitating soft skills training in person and remotely - must be comfortable with travel - Proven ability to build teams - Demonstrated ability to drive and influence leadership, staff and HR partners - Proven ability to design and present engaging and impactful programs with documented improvement in individual, team and company performance - Proven ability to be self-directed and take initiative while working autonomously from a remote location - Must be highly reliable and customer-focused - Must be at least 18 years of age - Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver - Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate) Requirements - All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification - If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment - Additional regulatory, contractual or local requirements may apply Benefits - The expected starting salary wage is $88,000 - $106,647.00 annually - Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges - Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements Essential Functions - Demonstrate the Telecare mission, purpose, values and beliefs in everyday language and contact with the internal and external stakeholders - Develops and conducts instructor-led, dynamic, learner driven Leadership training events throughout the Telecare enterprise including New Hire Orientation - Responsible for researching exciting, interactive and creative ways to deliver soft skills training, information and material - Partners with subject matter experts, both in and outside of Telecare, to ensure training content reflects the most current leadership processes and policies for application within our dynamic environment including: - Creates and maintains content and its development for all leadership and staff non-clinical training, including facilitator guide, participant workbook and PPT - Manages and updates content based on feedback from leaders and participants, as necessary to adapt to policy & process changes - Maintain records and reports within the Learning Management System of all staff education that has been provided - Drive other projects as needed by executives or as business needs change - Partner with the training team to keep the training calendar, SharePoint site and other training communication up to date and relevant - Work closely with Telecare Leaders to support training requests by developing training to meet their needs or helping to identify outside resources - Facilitate training three to four (3-4) days each week based on the annual training calendar - Travel is required - Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted and/or changed at the discretion of management Skills - Facilitation of small and large groups both in person and remotely using a virtual platform - Clear and effective verbal and written communication - Knowledge of principals of adult learning - Engaging manner that fosters open communication - Ability to develop interactive training - Highly organized in record maintenance - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint Physical Demands The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, climb and lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds or less as well as to frequently walk, stand, twist, reach and do simple and power grasping. Role Description The Senior Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for the development of annual Telecare operational budgets and the research and investigation of budget issues. The Senior Financial Analyst must be an independent individual contributor who can understand key business drivers and develop financial models and analysis that can lead to insightful, accurate, and timely business decision-making at the program and regional level. This position requires working closely with multiple business partners including the program and regional operating personnel, corporate leaders, executives, and external customers. The incumbent must be able to communicate clearly and translate financial data into value-added business information to enable the business to better identify growth opportunities, address gaps, and manage risks. Shifts Available: - Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM | Days: Monday - Friday Expected starting wage range is $88,090.33 - $99,000. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Keeps up to date on all applicable CPT and other coding changes, fee for service and/or contract billing rates and communicates those changes to all affected parties at Telecare. There may be some travel to locations where Telecare does business or plans to do business.
