Senior Data Analyst

Walker & Dunlop

• Own end-to-end data analysis, from shaping data releases to delivering actionable business insights through Power BI dashboards and in-depth analytical deep dives • Ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality data products that support informed decision-making across the organization • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including Data Analysts, BI Analysts, Data Engineers, Data QA Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers—to collect, structure, and analyze data sources and datamarts • Drive product and business insights, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen overall data quality as we scale as a data-driven organization

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in data analysis, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end analytical projects
  • Extensive experience working with OLAP databases such as Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience with Python (3.5 or later) and geospatial querying
  • Experience in the real estate domain
