Director/Senior Director, Solution Engineering
Innovaccer
• Lead architecture and implementation of large scale healthcare data and AI platforms • Design end to end solution architectures spanning cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, AI ML systems, and application layers. • Build and operationalize advanced AI capabilities including LLM based systems, RAG pipelines, and model orchestration frameworks. • Apply strong statistical fundamentals to model design, validation, performance measurement, and decision making. • Work directly with customer environments that are complex, fragmented, and imperfect and drive solutions to production despite constraints. • Develop and deploy systems that handle large volumes of healthcare data including claims, clinical, and financial datasets. • Own reliability, performance, scalability, and security of deployed solutions. • Integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise workflows and systems • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data quality, system, and model issues in production. • Collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership to align platform capabilities with real world needs. • Establish technical standards and best practices across data engineering, AI ML, and cloud architecture. • Mentor senior engineers and raise the technical bar across teams
Job Requirements
- 15 plus years of professional software engineering experience with significant time in principal or staff level roles.
- Deep expertise in solution architecture for distributed systems and cloud native platforms.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent professional experience
- Strong hands-on experience with modern cloud ecosystems and data platforms.
- Proven experience building and deploying AI ML systems into production.
- Hands-on experience with LLM architectures, RAG patterns, MCP or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
- Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and data analysis applied to real world systems.
- Expertise in Python and SQL with experience in large scale data processing frameworks.
- Experience working with healthcare data and understanding regulatory and compliance constraints.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high pressure, and resource constrained environments.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive outcomes end to end.
