• Working day-to-day with the Managing Director to organise priorities, schedules, and information flow • Tracking tasks, deadlines, and updates across commercial and operational teams • Keeping CRM, pipelines, reports, and trackers accurate and up to date • Coordinating communication across sales, affiliate, and partnership teams • Preparing admin materials such as summaries, reports, notes, and formatted presentations • Making sure follow-ups happen and nothing gets missed (No deal ownership. No execution or decision-making responsibility)
