Job Description
Product Manager – Insurance Products
Swing Development (SwingDev)
• You’ll shape and own the product strategy and roadmap for our Insurance Products charter, balancing growth, risk, customer experience, and operational complexity. • You’ll lead the end-to-end execution of insurance product changes across pricing, coverages, discounts, eligibility, and business rule – and keep a close eye on performance after launch. • You’ll look for ways to speed up how we deliver product changes by improving tools, processes, and automation. • You’ll drive large, cross-functional compliance and regulatory initiatives, partnering with Insurance, Legal/Compliance, Operations, and Engineering to deliver on time with clear risk mitigation and auditability. • You’ll turn insights into clear, actionable requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) and work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data to ship high-quality solutions. • You’ll build a strong operating rhythm for the team – owning prioritization, stakeholder alignment, launch readiness, training, communications, and performance tracking. • You’ll define success metrics and KPIs, measure the impact of product changes, and continuously iterate based on data and results. • You’ll communicate progress, trade-offs, and outcomes to leadership through clear, data-driven narratives that highlight both business and customer impact.
Job Requirements
- Bring at least **3 years **of product management experience, including full ownership of a product backlog and leading the end-to-end software development lifecycle with a team of at least four engineers.
- Show a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering **high-impact, user-focused solutions**.
- Have experience working in a product company or in a long-term partnership with one, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Feel comfortable using SQL, BI tools, dashboards, and spreadsheets in your day-to-day work.
- Know how to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Build trust easily and create strong relationships with stakeholders across different functions and levels of seniority.
- Are naturally curious, self-driven, and feel comfortable with ambiguity and navigating undefined problem spaces.
- Are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to directly execute, testing hypotheses, measuring results, and iterating quickly.
- Rely on data to guide decisions and confidently analyze trends, spot opportunities, and improve products.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, tailoring product strategy, goals, and roadmaps to different audiences.
- Have a great command of English (C1; both written & spoken).
- Are available in the afternoons - due to collaboration with the United States, evening meetings may occur. Rest assured, we prioritize work-life fit, respect everyone's private lives, and don’t work at night but we still must ensure that communication between the time zones is effective.
