• Own projects from planning through execution, specifically those that involve multiple teams or fall outside existing product scopes. • Use our four-tier decision framework and RACI frameworks to ensure every project has a named owner and clear decision rights. • Facilitate quarterly and monthly alignment cadences that connect team roadmaps to our three strategic frameworks. • Maintain clear tracking systems (Asana) to ensure the Innovation and Operations Council has a real-time view of initiative health, risks, and blockers. • Lead high-stakes cross-functional projects such as GDPR/VAT compliance, systems migrations, and grant-related fundraising initiatives. • Model and document best practices to help transition project management into an "embedded skill" across the organization by 2027. • Identify and implement AI-driven workflow automations to help reach our goal of shifting capacity toward "Transformation" work.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote courses and events. • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising. • Analyze campaign data to optimize performance. • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for students. • Stay informed about industry trends and best marketing practices. • Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies and contractors.
• Plan, forecast, and allocate SOS team capacity across four product lines • Balance competing demands while maintaining service quality standards • Provide visibility into team capacity, constraints, and resource needs • Identify when process improvements, automation, or staffing changes are needed • Hire, onboard, and train new team members as needed • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings (at least quarterly) and annual performance reviews • Facilitate weekly team meetings and maintain psychological safety • Coach team members to grow their skills and advance their careers • Monitor support systems (Freshdesk) and optimize scheduling
• Move existing content into the CMS • Ensure video and audio URLs match lesson titles • Copy lesson text from Google Docs or website into the CMS • Upload matching video URLs and audio files to the correct fields • Ensure correct placement in modules and sections
