Salesforce Developer Analyst – Specialist

• Ensure that the business rules of features comply with the defined system architecture. • Translate solution designs into clear technical specifications for implementation. • Prevent gaps in understanding between architecture, development and the business. • Write and detail technical solutions in tickets/cards (technical criteria, approach, impacts and dependencies). • Propose continuous improvements to architecture and development best practices. • Propose enhancements to automated test chains, CI/CD pipelines, peer review and merge processes. • Ensure technical quality through thorough code reviews. • Resolve code conflicts and provide technical support to the team. • Present the validated technical solution to the development team, ensuring alignment. • Act as a technical reference for complex decisions on the Salesforce platform. • Identify technical risks and propose mitigation plans. • Ensure adherence to performance, security and governance best practices for the platform.

Job Requirements

  • Experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling in Salesforce.
  • Act in a consultative and proactive manner, promoting Salesforce best practices.
  • Develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions with a focus on system architecture and scalability.
  • Design technical solutions that meet client requirements and Salesforce best practices.
  • Clear and concise communication.
  • Technical leadership.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • Technical English for reading documentation.
