• Developing and implementing the technical enablement strategy through strategic plans and execution roadmaps aligned with business priorities. • Managing the lifecycle of enablement programs, from needs analysis and design through delivery, measurement • Establishing and managing operational metrics, financial performance and communicating strategy and outcomes to senior and executive stakeholders. • Expanding education offerings and methodologies by driving continuous improvement and innovation to increase adoption, engagement, and revenue • Building, leading, and developing a high-performing team of strategists, and architects, ensuring smooth operations and compliance
Job Requirements
- Have experience in Services, Technical Consulting, Enablement, Education, or related functions
- Have experience leading and scaling high-performing, globally distributed teams or complex cross-functional programs
- Demonstrate success defining and executing strategic initiatives aligned to business and product priorities
- Have experience collaborating with Product and Business leadership to convert intricate technical roadmaps into structured, scalable learning journey
- Demonstrate analytical expertise with experience defining KPIs and leveraging data to enable ongoing improvement initiatives
- Demonstrate technical expertise and credibility while effectively engaging with architects and technical leaders
