Senior Asset Manager, Commercial Servicing

• Provide proactive monitoring and surveillance of assigned assets securing Commercial Real Estate loans • Serve as the point of contact for the borrower and the assigned investor(s) • Provide oversight of an assigned portfolio, facilitate borrower requests • Monitor and enforce loan covenants, resolve insurance non-compliance • Complete financial analyses, delinquency resolution • Handle escalated inquiries from external clients and internal staff • Provide mentorship to team members • Engaging directly with customers in all interactions • Conduct quality control checks and coach team members on loan document interpretation • Lead client calls and/or meetings reviewing loan performance issues • Escalate items appropriately to Manager
Job Requirements
- Four-year degree from an accredited University preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 8 years of CRE loan servicing experience required, 1 – 2 years in a leadership position preferred.
- Familiarity with the full CRE loan life cycle from onboarding through Mortgage Satisfaction.
- High attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, CoPilot, and other information processing programs
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is considered a plus
- Self-motivated and work independently
- Ability to perform complex calculations using calculators and systems is required
- Ability to reason and exercise sound judgment
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Outstanding communications skills (including verbal, written and listening skills), with an emphasis on strong customer service, professional relationship building skills, conflict resolution, and having difficult conversations

• Lead and develop the BIM team, including managers or senior contributors • Set the strategic direction for BIM standards, workflows, and technology adoption • Oversee enterprise BIM specifications and ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements • Own governance of BEPs, EIRs, SOWs, and RFP BIM language to ensure compliant deliverables • Establish scalable BIM processes and publish workflow documentation to the Business Process Forum • Allocate resources across major projects and adjust capacity planning based on business priorities • Partner with Design, Construction, Product Development, and IT leaders to align BIM capabilities with business needs • Oversee coordination between Revit content and SolidWorks product models to maintain accuracy across generational updates • Drive process improvements that reduce rework, increase efficiency, and close workflow gaps • Lead BIM software strategy, licensing forecasts, and procurement planning • Ensure BIM users have appropriate hardware, software, and content infrastructure • Own the BIM operating budget, forecast expenditures, and approve invoices • Identify and implement opportunities where BIM strengthens innovation, speed, and quality across teams
