• Provides oversight of the Company’s Information Technology Services (ITS). • Consults with Rehab expert users on the identification of needs and development of systems. • Leading Rehab HCS implementation new starts, employee transitions. • Coordinate HCS closures including asset retrieval, decommissioning of site in systems. • Liaison for Rehab operations implementation, direct and host project meetings. • Support for current HCS applications and future applications implemented. • Acts as a liaison between the field executive leaders, operators and information systems. • Assist in new device procurement processes for HCS. • Assist in mobility device support for HCS. • Provides oversight of identified clinical and operational work requests. • Participates in technical training for systems and implementation. • Provides collateral for technical implementations as needed.

• Prepares, consolidates, and analyzes annual budgets and periodic forecasts for assigned corporate departments. • Partners with functional department leaders to support budget planning and financial decision-making. • Creates and maintains financial reporting templates to support planning cycles and business reviews. • Prepares the consolidation of the annual budget and analyze the results; assists in preparation of the budget presentation. • Analyzes monthly actual to budget variances for corporate departments. • Supports quarterly and mid-year forecasting processes with updated financial inputs and assumptions. • Identifies and communicates opportunities for process improvement. • Conducts ad hoc financial analyses and supports special reporting or project requests, as needed. • Other duties as assigned

• Provide first and second-level support for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and Azure. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Servers, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP. • Support client onboarding/offboarding processes, including user account and permissions management. • Monitor systems, perform patching, and apply preventative maintenance. • Document incidents, requests, resolutions, and technical processes accurately. • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or specialized teams as needed. • Assist in the implementation of security initiatives, including MFA and endpoint protection. • Provide professional, client-facing communication to ensure positive end-user experiences. • Contribute to projects, migrations, and system improvements as required.

• Configure, maintain, and enhance the Apptio TBM model, structure, and dashboards. • Maintains system configuration for the Finance team with annual budget planning, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis • Works with business and technical teams to identify integration and data requirements, ensuring successful implementation and performance according to specifications • Maintain TBM process documentation and ensure alignment with roadmap priorities. • Partner with IT product managers, Finance and the Business to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights. • Support automation, performance tuning, and optimization of TBM processes. • Serves as subject matter expert and point of contact on processes, procedures, functionality and application support.
