Role Description En tant qu’Architecte PLM, vos responsabilités principales seront les suivantes : - Comprendre le processus métier du client, définir des concepts et approches méthodologiques de définition de solution. - Interpréter et traduire les besoins clients pour en définir les exigences techniques & fonctionnelles. - Ecrire les premiers niveaux de spécifications. - Définir la stratégie d’upgrade et de migration vers la solution PLM cible, en lien avec les roadmaps éditeurs et être force de proposition auprès du client. - Encadrer des équipes en phase de réponse et de réalisation. - Participer au développement et à la présentation des offres et des propositions commerciales (avant-vente, delivery) et assurer la veille technologique. Qualifications - Capacités de leadership et d'adaptation. - Expérience d’encadrement d’équipe. - Connaissance des technologies Dassault Systèmes. - Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (oral & écrit). - Une expérience sur un projet en mode Agile est un atout. • Lead architectural design efforts for large-scale and mission-critical data center facilities. • Oversee and review consultant deliverables to ensure compliance with Switch standards and performance requirements. • Support data center master planning and site planning activities. • Drive development and evolution of architectural standards, design processes, and equipment qualification criteria. • Identify and implement design improvements that enhance cost, speed-to-market, and quality. • Collaborate with internal engineering teams, construction, utilities, vendors, AHJs, and external consultants. • Review and issue RFPs for architectural consultants and design partners. • Participate in construction support activities including design clarification and field coordination. • Lead technical presentations and contribute to written technical documentation. • Identify and mitigate architectural risks throughout project lifecycle.

• Build and maintain core data models for Greenhouse Recruiting and emerging business lines • Establish global modeling standards using dbt to ensure a single source of truth across the organization • Design and implement automated data quality frameworks and observability pipelines to catch regressions • Partner with Product Engineering to bridge the gap between application databases and the analytical warehouse • Own the Greenhouse Data Catalog to ensure every core dataset is documented, owned, and discoverable • Develop and enforce data governance policies including naming conventions, testing requirements, and documentation standards • Standardize the metrics layer to ensure consistent reporting across core business functions • Drive reporting consistency and technical best practices across decentralized teams of analysts and power users • Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require

• Lead the creative design process, initiating design, and providing leadership and quality control through completion of design and construction documents and construction • Mentor project landscape architects and project managers in design, process, client service and quality management and control. • Lead establishment of standards for the design process and quality of both design and design documents. • Support business development activities including supporting Market Leaders, Project Directors and Project Managers with proposal preparation, interview, preparation/presentation and sales calls • Identify and engage prospective new business leads to inspire imaginative design vision and develop strategic design programs in response to client needs • Facilitate and engage appropriate cross-functional internal and client stakeholders at various stages throughout the sales and design processes • Create sales opportunities and serve as the Landscape Architecture Subject Matter Expert/Design Director throughout the sales cycle and/or Request for Proposal (RFP) process • Participate in scope meetings with clients to construct needs analysis and project definitions • Lead the compilation, map preparation, and analysis of data on site conditions for preparation and development of master plans, site, landscape and hardscape plans • Ability to work closely with architects and engineers to integrate collaborative design on interdisciplinary projects. • Provide design and quality control oversite of project team construction observation to verify compliance with design intent and landscape specifications, to approve quality of materials and workmanship, and to advise client and construction team on landscape features. • Ensure design and technical quality standards are met in accordance with the agreed scope, schedule, and budget • Support Project Managers in guiding internal and client cross-functional teams • Collaborate with senior management to create schedules and budgets, and to resolve schedule and budget problems as they arise
