• Design stable, cost efficient automation architectures that support GenAI data delivery at scale. • Deliver measurable operational savings by identifying and implementing high impact automation opportunities. • Build and deploy scalable workflows across ADAP, Mercury, and adjacent tools. • Improve pilot success rates by validating workflow performance and resolving technical issues before production. • Strengthen contributor experience through production ready workflow logic and system design. • Automate manual processes using lightweight scripts and integrations that bridge platform gaps. • Maintain long term reliability and scalability through continuous monitoring and refinement of deployed automations. • Establish reusable automation frameworks that enable consistent, repeatable delivery across projects. • Increase team capability by leading training sessions and promoting automation best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to identify and design automation opportunities that drive measurable efficiency and cost savings.
  • Experience configuring, testing, and deploying solutions across internal platforms such as ADAP and Mercury.
  • Capability to develop, document, and maintain lightweight scripts or services to optimize workflows.
  • Experience leading technical validation during pilot phases to ensure production readiness.
  • Strong collaboration skills across Client Partners, Delivery, and Solutions teams.
  • Discipline in maintaining version controlled repositories and clear documentation.
  • Commitment to scalability, reliability, and return on investment in automation design.
  • Ability to train and upskill teams on automation best practices.
