Role Description The Pantheon Customer Insights Team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build the next generation of customer-facing observability features. In this role, you will: - Create backend systems that transform raw observability data from platforms like New Relic, Grafana, and Cloudflare into clear, actionable insights surfaced directly in our product. - Work on Portfolio Insights, OpenTelemetry exploration, and product analytics capabilities. - Engage in product engineering work; building features customers interact with daily, not internal tooling. - Primarily work in Go, with Python and SQL for data work. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience building production services and features. - Strong Go experience (or similar systems language with willingness to learn Go). - Comfortable working in React and TypeScript and GraphQL. - Comfort with BigQuery/SQL and with Python for data work. - Experience with observability platforms (New Relic, Grafana, Datadog). - Experience with RESTful APIs and distributed systems. - Familiarity with NRQL, PromQL, or similar vendor query languages. - Familiarity with GCP infrastructure primitives, terraform, and container management solutions like Kubernetes. • Lead the migration from on-prem Microsoft Dynamics AX with integrated file servers to Cloud ERP Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and Egnyte for file management. • Design, build, and maintain connectors, workflow automations, and data pipelines to ensure smooth integration and interoperability between the old and new systems. • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability during ERP and file system migration processes. • Integrate Egnyte + ERP workflows, leveraging APIs and automation tools to streamline business processes. • Utilize Azure Logic Apps and Azure Service Bus for workflow orchestration and system integration. • Provide technical guidance and best practices for ERP integration patterns and API usage.

Role Description We are seeking qualified and detail-oriented HERS Raters and Energy Modelers to join our team. This role involves performing energy modeling for new and existing homes and assisting builders in achieving compliance with energy efficiency standards. - Perform accurate energy modeling for new construction and retrofits. - Analyze building plans and specifications to identify energy efficiency opportunities. - Prepare and submit HERS reports and documentation for certification programs. - Work collaboratively with builders, architects, and contractors to ensure compliance with energy codes and standards. - Stay up to date with local building codes, energy programs, and industry best practices. Qualifications - HERS Rater Certification (RESNET) or in process of obtaining. - Experience with energy modeling software (e.g., REM/Rate and Ekotrope). - Knowledge of building science principles, HVAC systems, insulation, and air sealing. - Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret construction plans. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits. • Lead EDIFECS configuration and development activities within a Medicaid healthcare EDI platform • Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and applications • Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions and system definitions • Apply recurring ECL releases (quarterly and annual) across multi-environment platforms • Serve as a technical subject matter expert on development initiatives • Participate in the full software development lifecycle • Develop technical specifications based on conceptual designs and business requirements • Maintain, support, and document system functionality and configurations • Analyze system configurations and end-to-end transaction mappings • Maintain configuration management and version control within Azure DevOps • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
