• Be a part of the cross-functional agile team to contribute to the quality of Mercury’s next-generation shipment platform by designing, documenting, coding, fixing, testing, and enjoying what you build • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases that will cover all possible customer use-case scenarios • Perform different types of testing (functional testing and non-functional testing) by using manual and automation techniques and record test results • Coordinate and create automation activities around regression testing, UI testing, API testing, and Cross Browser testing • Create and maintain test documentation • Report and track issues accurately and effectively • Work closely with a team of Product Managers and Architects to analyze and clarification of customer requirements, plan the process of testing, estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities • Collaborate with DevOps engineers to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipeline • Work with the Architects and Development team closely to identify issues, capture required data, discuss fixes, and re-test the fixed defects • Work with the QA team to analyze testing, and improve and optimize testing processes • Be an owner and a champion of platform and application quality and the customer experience

• Participating in functional and product design reviews, and incorporating feedback into test plans and test cases • Developing and implementing automated tests for functionality, load, and performance • Creating and execute tests on new features and capabilities • Collaborating with a cross-functional team of developers, Systems QA, release engineers, architects and program managers • Improving our testing and automation infrastructures, define test plans and effective automation

• Conduct manual and standard regression testing as part of Agile/Scrum software development • Investigate problems in the software discovered in testing • Work with quality assurance (QA), software developers, and DOEHRS-IH subject matter experts to find solutions • Develop Test Plans and Test Reports • Coordinate and communicate with QA/Test Team and DOEHRS-IH Stakeholders • Participate in scrum meetings

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test software for mobile, web, and desktop applications using modern test automation frameworks. • Create service mocks, test data frameworks, and contract tests for APIs and services • Partner with engineers to ensure systems are designed for testability from the beginning • Establish and enforce release readiness criteria and quality gates • Build automated validation into CI pipelines to improve deployment confidence and release frequency • Build automated tests that validate security-first design, verify privacy and sensitive data handling, and include adversarial and abuse test cases • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, identify test scenarios, and ensure adequate test coverage • Perform both manual and automated testing, as necessary, to ensure the highest quality of BlackCloak solutions
