Senior Product Manager
Luna Physical Therapy
• Manage Luna’s Platform and Web applications that support scheduling, billing / claims processing, and other operational workflows. • Identify, plan, and shepherd the release of new features and enhancements with a focus on scale, reliability, and support for new customer experiences. • Conduct ongoing user research, including interviews and usability testing. Define and track success metrics such as workflow automation, cost optimization, and feature effectiveness to measure impact and guide prioritization. • Closely support Engineering by clearly communicating requirements and product decisions, monitor the status of in-progress development, engage in Quality Assurance processes, and partner with the Engineering Manager in sprint planning, execution, and reviews. • Partner with Engineering to enhance APIs, data models, and shared services that support multiple applications and enable consistent, scalable development across teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or additional experience in lieu of a degree
- 5-8 years of professional working experience
- 4+ years of experience within a product management function, with a focus on platforms and Web applications
- Strong understanding of platform architecture, data integrations, and service design principles, with the ability to translate technical complexity into user and business value.
- Previous experience in Engineering or Customer Success preferred.
- Digital / two-sided marketplace and B2C experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working closely with Design and Engineering teams to ensure efficient planning and effective execution of new features and functionality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact and empathize across technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt within a fast-paced high-growth environment with new systems, software, and processes. This position and company emphasizes fast turnarounds, knowing an improvement is just a release away.
