• Creating both video and static creatives for web2web funnels, focused on conversion and ROI • Writing briefs for motion/graphics designers and content creators (concept, copywriting, structure, references, materials). • Approval of finished advertising creatives and UGC materials. • Adapting advertising creatives for various advertising platforms and audience segments. • Researching and analyzing creative strategies and tactics within the niche, including competitor analysis using various tools. • Continuously developing hypotheses, generating ideas, and consistently monitoring market trends and best practices in the field. • Assess the performance of advertising campaigns with the UA Manager and implement enhancements based on marketing and business metrics. • Collaborate with the team on a daily basis to review acquisition results and marketing metrics, and contribute new ideas, approaches, and tools to achieve team objectives.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in performance-oriented creative work - in a creative agency, in-house growth team, production studio, or social media performance role (web2web preferred).
- Understanding of key tasks in the field of Creative Performance Marketing.
- English skills at a level not lower than Upper Intermediate.
- Ability to quickly gather, organize, and present information, references, and content.
- Confident proficiency in the Google suite of tools.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to set priorities and plan work effectively.
- Responsibility and consistency.
- Creativity and high-quality communication skills.
- Strong empathy and focus on important details.
- Proactive attitude.
- Open-mindedness and adaptability to change, allowing effective performance in a fast-paced environment.

• Administer and coordinate game production under the Creative Director's direction. • Support the Directors with project scheduling and team coordination. • Support the Directors with tracking and organizing game assets throughout the Asset Pipelines. • Be the voice of reality: What is possible?
