• Own end-to-end vendor lifecycle processes and ensure consistent execution across teams • Handle the vendor onboarding, renewals, and compliance workflows • Coordinate with Legal, InfoSec, Finance and Business stakeholders to drive timely approvals • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics, and capacity planning for vendor operations, and take necessary actions to drive improvements therein • Identify operational gaps and drive process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives • Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and internal policy requirements • Review escalations and provide timely resolution to minimize business impact • Prepare and present operational dashboards, performance reports, and risk summaries to leadership • Support team members in vendor onboarding and renewal lifecycle. • Identify, prioritise and execute platform enhancements to further improve system efficiency and user experience • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly dashboards to present vendor onboarding and renewal data • Share process improvement ideas to improve process efficiency • Document repository collaboration and organisation (eg. Dropbox and Google Drive) • Operating with sensitivity and respect within difficult situations • Support team members in completing the day to day tasks and resolving queries identified during onboarding and renewal review process
Job Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 8-10 years of experience in Vendor, Program, or Operations Management
- Strong understanding of Advertising industry vendors and third-party risk management
- Proven people management and cross-functional stakeholder management experience
- Experience working on the Certa platform is required
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume vendor portfolios and competing priorities
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Experience with cost and contract management systems such as Concur will be a plus
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to deliver results
- Advanced Excel - Macros, Lookups, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.
- Nimble with agility to work across disparate teams, time zones and a multitude of partners and stakeholders

About The Role Dispel is seeking a highly organized Procurement Analyst to manage vendor onboarding and procurement workflow. This role drives follow-ups with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure all required information, compliance evidence, and agreements are collected so vendors are onboarded smoothly. In addition, this position will assist with the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions ensuring accurate invoice processing and timely payments in support of overall financial operations. This is not a back-office processing role. You will be the primary point of contact for vendors navigating Dispel’s onboarding process and the internal driver ensuring stakeholders and Security move at pace.
• Monitor security events using SIEM solutions, with a focus on Splunk. • Analyze alerts, identify false positives, and conduct initial investigations. • Support and perform security incident response activities. • Participate in crisis rooms (incident war rooms), providing technical analysis and decision-support. • Serve as the local point of contact for the global Information Security team. • Participate in technical and operational meetings conducted in English. • Ensure adherence to global processes, policies, and standards. • Support the rollout and implementation of corporate security tools and controls. • Support the operation and analysis of the following security solutions: • Firewall (FW) • Web Application Firewall (WAF) • Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) • Data Loss Prevention (DLP) • Work closely with infrastructure, networking, and cloud teams. • Support vulnerability lifecycle management, including: • Identification • Risk analysis • Tracking remediation plans • Collaborate with project teams to ensure the adoption of Security by Design practices from the early stages.
• Administer and monitor Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems in cloud environments, ensuring compliance with security and privacy policies; • Configure, maintain and improve access policies, roles, groups and permissions on cloud platforms such as AAD, AWS and GCP; • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement secure access control solutions; • Conduct periodic security audits and analyses, identifying and mitigating potential access management vulnerabilities; • Actively participate in the resolution of cloud-related IAM security incidents; • Provide specialized technical support to internal teams, addressing questions and assisting with access management issues in the cloud.
