Role Description As a Senior Account Executive, you will be part of a team responsible for calling on and working with agencies and their online advertising clients in the respective geographic areas. You will be expected to build upon the successes of existing customers and develop new relationships with the industry’s top marketing minds. - Actively seeks new revenue streams and promotes account expansion by driving growth through new business, up-selling, and cross-selling opportunities. - Manages comprehensive client communication, strategic planning, and resolution of account challenges to enhance client satisfaction. - Strengthens executive-level relationships within assigned accounts. - Demonstrates strong communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions, with the ability to work independently to acquire new clients. - Leads contract negotiations to support new sales and expand existing accounts. - Manages revenue forecasting (via Salesforce.com) and ensures sales data is recorded accurately. - Facilitates and organizes team-building events with clients. Qualifications - Minimum 5 - 8 years sales experience in programmatic, ad tech, and online advertising. - Outgoing and adept at creating professional relationships. - Experience in audience-based selling of digital media. - Strong understanding of the fundamentals of online advertising processes and technology. - You must be work-authorized in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship. Requirements The expected annual base salary range for this position is $124,900 - $145,100. Vendor Management Manager

• Own end-to-end vendor lifecycle processes and ensure consistent execution across teams • Handle the vendor onboarding, renewals, and compliance workflows • Coordinate with Legal, InfoSec, Finance and Business stakeholders to drive timely approvals • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics, and capacity planning for vendor operations, and take necessary actions to drive improvements therein • Identify operational gaps and drive process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives • Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and internal policy requirements • Review escalations and provide timely resolution to minimize business impact • Prepare and present operational dashboards, performance reports, and risk summaries to leadership • Support team members in vendor onboarding and renewal lifecycle. • Identify, prioritise and execute platform enhancements to further improve system efficiency and user experience • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly dashboards to present vendor onboarding and renewal data • Share process improvement ideas to improve process efficiency • Document repository collaboration and organisation (eg. Dropbox and Google Drive) • Operating with sensitivity and respect within difficult situations • Support team members in completing the day to day tasks and resolving queries identified during onboarding and renewal review process
Vendor Management – Operations Manager

• Own end-to-end service delivery for a portfolio of 800+ vendors supporting advertising and technology operations • Define and govern vendor management frameworks and performance standards • Oversee vendor onboarding, renewals and ongoing compliance activities • E-mail and correspondence management which includes communication across all business and reviewer groups • Monitor and guide team for platform enhancements for better user experience and system efficiency • Coordinate with senior leaders across Business, Legal, Finance and InfoSec, in order to understand and communicate areas of process inefficiencies and enhancements • Facilitate vendor continuous performance improvement through effective and efficient vendor governance frameworks • Manage high-impact escalations and operate effectively in complex, time-sensitive situations • Establish and monitor key performance indicators, and drive improvements in such KPI’s • Establish and monitor SLA’s with Key business stakeholders, and communicate performance against SLA’s accordingly
