Procurement Contract Operations Lead
GoTo
• Own intake quality and gating, leveraging automation and AI to validate scope, spend, term, PII, IP, and approvals • Produce AI-accelerated first-pass contract packages using approved templates and clause playbooks • Run end-to-end deal coordination and drive follow-ups • Orchestrate cross-functional reviews with Legal, Security/Privacy, and Finance • Manage execution, closeout, and AI-enabled improvement by drafting low-risk agreements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related area
- 3–5 years of experience in contract operations, contracting workflow, or procurement operations in a technology environment
- Hands-on experience with CLM systems (administration, metadata standards, reporting, audit-ready hygiene)
- Knowledge of NetSuite, Workday, or similar ERP/procurement platforms
- Strong process-improvement mindset, including building repeatable intake standards, playbooks, and templates
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

About The Role Dispel is seeking a highly organized Procurement Analyst to manage vendor onboarding and procurement workflow. This role drives follow-ups with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure all required information, compliance evidence, and agreements are collected so vendors are onboarded smoothly. In addition, this position will assist with the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions ensuring accurate invoice processing and timely payments in support of overall financial operations. This is not a back-office processing role. • Monitor security events using SIEM solutions, with a focus on Splunk. • Analyze alerts, identify false positives, and conduct initial investigations. • Support and perform security incident response activities. • Participate in crisis rooms (incident war rooms), providing technical analysis and decision-support. • Serve as the local point of contact for the global Information Security team. • Participate in technical and operational meetings conducted in English. • Ensure adherence to global processes, policies, and standards. • Support the rollout and implementation of corporate security tools and controls. • Support the operation and analysis of the following security solutions: • Firewall (FW) • Web Application Firewall (WAF) • Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) • Data Loss Prevention (DLP) • Work closely with infrastructure, networking, and cloud teams. • Support vulnerability lifecycle management, including: • Identification • Risk analysis • Tracking remediation plans • Collaborate with project teams to ensure the adoption of Security by Design practices from the early stages.
• Administer and monitor Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems in cloud environments, ensuring compliance with security and privacy policies; • Configure, maintain and improve access policies, roles, groups and permissions on cloud platforms such as AAD, AWS and GCP; • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement secure access control solutions; • Conduct periodic security audits and analyses, identifying and mitigating potential access management vulnerabilities; • Actively participate in the resolution of cloud-related IAM security incidents; • Provide specialized technical support to internal teams, addressing questions and assisting with access management issues in the cloud.
• Develop strategic approaches for indirect procurement categories across IT Shared Services • Build category strategies using business needs, market insights, spend baselines, and benchmarking • Research, select, develop, and maintain sources of supply ensuring optimal quality, service, and cost • Develop negotiation strategies and successfully lead technology contract negotiations • Monitor contract usage and vendor adherence and implement cost optimization improvements • Manage post-award performance including license usage vs. purchase volume • Track SLA performance and escalate gaps with suppliers • Lead risk assessments and continuity planning for technology categories • Support supplier network health and enable long-term partnership resilience • Conduct annual supplier business reviews • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve cost, supply continuity, risk, and innovation • Provide input on contracts (terms, indemnification, IP, etc.) • Forecast pricing and availability for IT categories and communication insights to leadership • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and government regulations • Promote a collaborative, respectful environment and communicate clearly and transparently
