Bring IT
• Provide functional Level 1 and Level 2 support, ensuring prompt and high-quality service to clients • Analyze and resolve incidents, questions, and requests related to NetSuite • Implement minor enhancements, optimizations, and customizations in the system • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and maximize platform utilization • Interact directly with business stakeholders to understand needs and propose solutions • Prepare functional specifications for system adjustments, enhancements, and integrations • Support testing and validation (SIT, UAT) of implemented changes • Work on Brazil localization requirements (BRHub / BR Localization) • Maintain up-to-date documentation and support training as needed
Job Requirements
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite in maintenance, support, implementation, and/or continuous improvement
- Experience in client-facing roles and customer service
- Functional knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Operations
- Experience with localization (BRHub and BR Localization)
- Strong analytical skills and a focus on problem solving
- Good communication skills and ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
