• The Energy Efficiency Engineer I/II will be a technical lead for Power TakeOff’s two key utility offerings: our Virtual Commissioning (VCx) and Virtual Strategic Energy Management (vSEM) programs, as well as provide technical support for other new energy management initiatives. • This role will be a central knowledge expert for HVAC, controls, and energy efficiency best practices; advising customers at large commercial, institutional, and manufacturing sites on optimal controls to uncover deep, low/no-cost energy efficiency opportunities. • An Energy Efficiency Engineer II would also leverage past experience to be an expert technical resource supporting other new Demand Side Management (DSM) programs or offerings, and may have some independent direct work with customers. • This role is part of Power Takeoff’s internal Technical Team, and you will report to the Senior Energy Efficiency Engineering Manager within Power TakeOff’s Portfolio Management team. • Customer Engagement: Work alongside Energy Advisors and vSEM coaches to analyze interval energy usage data, identify key drivers of energy use, and discover low and no-cost energy savings measures at customer facilities. Help the vSEM coaches develop technical material for the ongoing vSEM workshops. • Technical Resource Development and Training: Contribute to research and documentation to help shape internal resources and best practices for technical engagement. Monitor the performance of Energy Advisors, collaborating with the Technical Team manager to identify training needs and opportunities for professional development. • Measurement and Verification (M&V): Partner with the internal M&V team to evaluate and communicate performance results; in some cases, assisting Energy Advisors and vSEM Coaches with resolving technical issues with the customer.

• Implement solutions to support the Exchange Online environment, in addition to on-premises mail attribute management with Exchange Server • Provide support for the secure email gateway solution, Proofpoint Email Protection, collaborating closely with the cyber security and operations teams to maintain daily activities • Maintain and optimize internal SMTP relaying, utilizing Proofpoint Secure Email Relay • Administer M365 tenant settings and collaborate with both IT and other business areas for product integrations • Support Microsoft Purview solutions such as Data Loss Prevention, Sensitivity Labels, Retention Policies, Records Management, and aid in expanding adoption of additional components • Support Microsoft Defender solutions such as Email policies and rules, Cloud Apps, and broaden our use of additional components • Support the implementation of other 3rd party data security tools • Provide tier three support to aid in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for M365 and email-related issues • Utilize PowerShell for settings changes, reporting, and automation • Document configurations, procedures, and best practices • Monitor Microsoft Message Center and product roadmaps for relevant features and changes • Communicate project status to customers and update project tracking tool regularly • Directory services: Active Directory, Entra ID

• Function mainly as a development engineer for equipment related projects in the Pulp/Paper and Water Treatment business. • Developing and designing new equipment offerings to fit new commercial efforts with collaboration from commercial teams, equipment vendors and the Solenis Launch team. • Ideation, design, drawing/manual development and construction oversight of brand new to market equipment offerings. • Primary contact on new equipment design projects to ensure they meet commercial needs and ready for handover to the equipment launch team upon completion. • Measured in on time delivery of projects within defined budget and operating parameters while maintaining strict safety protocols.

• Provides technical assistance to pre-engineering teams during data collection surveys • Leads site surveys to determine existing facility conditions and the requirements to complete the scope of work • Develops energy conservation strategies to execute the project scope of work related to retro-commissioning • Reviews Requests For Proposals (RFPs) for equipment and services procurement to ensure project outcomes are accounted for • Collaborates with the engineering of projects in accordance with engineering best practices, company standards, and compliance with applicable codes • Assists the project team with review of critical equipment and system submittals for conformance with contract documents • Conducts commissioning and occasional peer reviews of design documents • Advises the project team, in collaboration with the engineer of record, on the technical and resource requirements necessary to meet project outcomes • Assists the project team with site visits to review progress, quality of installation, and identify deficiencies • Troubleshoots equipment/system installation and setup problems • Provides technical support to the implementation team to complete the project requirements and meet project outcomes • Assists in the optimization of complex equipment/system upgrades • Identifies gaps in project execution and creates standards/processes to solve the issues • Supports or develops new tools supporting project execution • Problem solves system integration and operation of systems • Upholds and promotes the ENFRA brand by guaranteeing excellence in work execution and ensuring a positive client experience • Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to other employees within the Technical Services organization
