Senior Project Manager – Data Projects

Semantix

• Lead strategic projects using agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban). • Conduct agile ceremonies (sprint planning, review, retrospective, daily stand-up, refinement). • Act as a facilitator between technical teams and business areas. • Work with Azure DevOps Boards to manage backlog, sprints and metrics. • Support prioritization together with Product Owners and global stakeholders. • Monitor performance indicators, risks and dependencies. • Facilitate technical discussions with data teams (engineering, analytics, governance). • Ensure alignment between domain strategy and project execution. • Proactively remove impediments.

Job Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Senior Project Manager or Senior Scrum Master.
  • Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
  • Hands-on experience with: Azure DevOps (Boards, backlog management, metrics, dashboards).
  • Experience in Data projects (Data Engineering, Analytics, Governance or data platforms).
  • Ability to understand technical discussions related to architecture and data pipelines.
  • Experience working in global corporate environments.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
