Role Description The Hypersonic Aeropropulsion Test Engineer will provide critical engineering support to Arnold Air Force Base. This role will involve planning, executing, and analyzing hypersonic propulsion system tests in ground test facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of hypersonic aerodynamics, propulsion systems, and test methodologies. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in hypersonic aerodynamics and/or propulsion testing is preferred. - Familiarity with ground test facilities and data acquisition systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with data analysis software (e.g., MATLAB, Python) is a plus.
