• Lead the design process for new and existing products, ensuring a user-centered approach. • Conduct user research, gather insights, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions. • Create user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and company objectives. • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle. • Ensure designs align with industry best practices and maintain a cohesive brand identity. • Iterate designs based on testing results and user feedback to enhance product usability and engagement. • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation within the team. • Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly to team members and stakeholders during presentations. • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence. • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and contribute to the overall design strategy of the organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product design, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design and user-centered methodologies.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex systems and user needs.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in leading design projects and mentoring team members is desirable.
- Familiarity with front-end development tools and technologies is a plus.
- Passion for creating outstanding user experiences and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
