**Position Overview** We're on the lookout for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team at Flatgigs. • Lead the design and development of highly scalable, modular, and performant UI frameworks, design systems, and component libraries • Define the overarching UI/UX technical strategy in alignment with product and business objectives • Evaluate and integrate bleeding-edge technologies, such as AI-driven UI, generative design, and advanced data visualization • Collaborate deeply with product management, backend engineers, and other stakeholders • Champion user-centered design principles and usability standards throughout the development lifecycle • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility

• Design end-to-end workflows for AI-powered conversational interfaces, including agent configuration, conversation management, and intelligent recommendations. • Collaborate with our lead designer on the UX and UI design for the Admin Center overhaul, simplifying complex configuration workflows for non-technical university administrators. • Create and iterate on student-facing experiences that surface personalized content, events, and resources across web and mobile. • Ensure all designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA (or higher) accessibility standards, supporting Pathify's commitment to inclusive design and ADA Title II compliance. • Develop and maintain reusable design patterns and components in Figma, contributing to a shared design system. • Conduct (along with our Product Analyst) user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to ground design decisions in evidence. • Partner with Product Owners to translate requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

• Lead end-to-end design for AI-powered creative tools and workflows, from discovery through implementation • Own and maintain all design prototypes, flows, and specifications in Figma, serving as the source of truth for product and engineering teams • Define and evolve the user experience for complex generative AI features including digital humans (ATMAN), voice synthesis (VAANI), and content management systems • Prototype and ship functional React components quickly, using AI-assisted coding tools • Build and maintain our React-based design system and component library, ensuring consistency across products • Create interactive prototypes using code (React, TypeScript) to validate ideas and communicate design intent precisely • Implement production-ready UI components, working alongside frontend engineers • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and uncover opportunities • Champion design quality in code reviews and contribute to frontend architecture decisions • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively
