• Experience in Beauty and fashion Brand is a MUST • Must have E-com Experience • Producing design/ideas to the client’s brief and exacting standards from the outset until completion • Proactively monitor output quality, accuracy and consistency • Positively influencing clients with creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new concepts • Create inspiring and exciting content – from repurposing, reformatting of assets to ideation • Familiarity with automation production and knowledge of Figma and Otomo • Be an entrepreneurial lead on the development of creative and output • Keenly evaluate and monitor industry trends and brands, research industry developments in branding and marketing to be at the forefront of creative excellence • Develop an effective working relationship with colleagues and client and provide excellent customer service • Strong project management skills, teamed with an aptitude for managing multiple varying sized projects seamlessly for a high-profile client
Job Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in an advertising agency.
- Strong client organisation, influence, and relationship building
- Creative flair and art direction across platforms
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Skilled in responsive design for web, social, UI/UX, and digital trends
- Excellent typography, layout, and technical detail
- Animation concept storyboarding
- Print collateral and branding experience
- Confident communicator with teams and clients
