• Take full ownership of all projects across the company, end-to-end • Create and manage Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for every initiative • Run the annual promotions and events calendar • Manage courses, programs, memberships, workshops, clinics, and community initiatives • Oversee pre-event, live event, and post-event execution • Manage Google Calendars for leadership and community • Hold teams accountable to timelines and deliverables • Coordinate presenters, researchers, and stakeholders • Support executive leadership with approvals and shareholder communications

• Manage and deliver AI-first projects end‑to‑end (scope → launch → iterate) while acting as a hands‑on business analyst to translate clinical/market goals into shippable requirements. • Delivery leadership: Scope, schedule, budget; RAID; standups/scrum; stakeholder updates; vendor orchestration. • BA excellence: Elicit & document requirements (epics/user stories/acceptance criteria), process mapping, gap analysis. • Quality & readiness: UAT plans, test coordination, cut‑over/runbooks, KPI/OKR tracking, retrospective loops. • Ops & governance: Define RACI, change control, documentation canon, and risk & privacy checklists per project. • Automation: Stand up dashboards, templates, and AI/automation to reduce PM overhead and improve signal. • Project Management: Exceptional time efficiency, task prioritisation and delegation practices utilising tools including Basecamp, Mattermost/Slack, and instant messaging.

• Independently lead projects of moderate to high complexity. • Act as primary point of contact for clients, keeping them apprised of all project developments while maintaining stellar client satisfaction. • Build effective partnerships with other internal teams to move project through all phases of the development process. • Develop and maintain project schedule, identify, and track milestones and identify and manage cross-functional dependencies and risks. • Act as subject matter expert on client clinical study protocol. • Manage ongoing reporting of project health and profitability to internal and external stakeholders. • Conduct end-user training. • Manage issue resolution for studies in maintenance, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis, where necessary.
