• Own the end-to-end sales cycle for Ibex, from initial outreach through contract close. • Identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities with building owners, property managers, elevator consultants, and service providers. • Develop account plans for priority customers and strategic partners. • Work with the Ibex team to meet or exceed revenue and pipeline targets. • Translate customer pain points (ride quality, complaints, maintenance costs, performance risk) into Ibex use cases and ROI narratives. • Help define and refine Ibex’s target customer profiles, pricing, and packaging. • Collaborate with marketing on sales materials, case studies, and positioning. • Build and manage relationships with elevator consultants, service companies, and industry influencers. • Identify channel or referral opportunities within the vertical transportation ecosystem. • Represent Ibex at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings around North America.

Air Emission Monitoring Specialist - Remote Department: Source Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Philadelphia, PA Reporting To: Brad Burgeron Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 / two weeks Description Key Responsibilities · Support and assist in business development initiatives. · Lead and perform on-site stack testing and source emissions monitoring in accordance with federal and regional regulatory methods (e.g., EPA Reference Methods, ECCC). · Plan and manage field deployments, including crew logistics, equipment preparation, and safety procedures. · Analyze collected data and ensure QA/QC protocols are strictly followed throughout testing and reporting processes. · Serve as a technical liaison with clients, regulators, and internal teams to communicate project scope, progress, and findings. · Train, mentor, and supervise junior field technicians and new team members. · Troubleshoot and maintain analytical and sampling skills equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability. · Support project scoping, scheduling, and budgeting in collaboration with project managers and senior leadership. · Keep current with evolving environmental regulations and industry best practices, proactively adapting procedures and technologies. · Prepare and QA/QC high-quality technical reports, including regulatory documentation, emissions data summaries, and field observations. Skills, Knowledge and Experience We are accepting applications from candidates with the following qualifications: · Post-secondary education in Environmental Technology, Engineering, Chemistry or a related field. · Preferably, a minimum of 10-years experience working in the Air Quality field · Ambient monitoring experience is an asset · Strong computer and analytical technical “hands-on” skills · An aptitude for practical problem-solving · Field/site experience is a definite asset · Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. · Must have a valid driver's license. Candidates should also possess: · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong people and team skills as well as being highly motivated · An ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with no supervision · Exceptional organizational capabilities, coordination, and consultation skills · Willingness to travel, and work outdoors including working long hours, evenings, and weekends · Collect samples at locations that may require working at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions Please submit your cover letter and resume. • Effectively sourcing, negotiating, and facilitating new business • Developing working relationships with clients • Meeting and exceeding client expectations and project milestones • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines concurrently • Writing / Developing and tracking proposals • Managing financial activities of the project including tracking revenue, issuing invoices and recovering receivables • Assembling and guiding a team towards meeting project objectives • Ensuring that Quality Assurances are completed, recorded and meet company standards and project scope • Solving challenging design problems in consultation with engineering, architectural and industrial clients • Consulting with engineers and architects to answer technical questions • Providing advice on technical problems and following the appropriate QA/QC Procedures • Time management will be essential. Flexible working hours is provided and communication across time zones will be necessary. • Researching companies and individuals to identify new firms, new contacts and regional project opportunities/leads • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and coordinate meetings for RWDI Consultants with key decision makers in the A/E industry • Attending regional networking events, if needed, and developing relationships to become a recognized representative of RWDI • Occasional travel within the India and Middle East Regions • Organizing the preparation of bids, teaming requests and presentations using marketing resource materials and client database information
