Creator Partnerships Representative
Catch Creation
• Proactively message TikTok creators via TikTok Shop Affiliate Center • Pitch products, commission structures, and promotional opportunities • Manage high-volume daily creator conversations (DM-driven role) • Respond to inbound creator inquiries professionally and efficiently • Build long-term relationships with creators (not one-off posts) • Re-activate dormant creators and maintain creator pipelines • Keep creators engaged with new offers, launches, and promotions • Qualify creators before sending samples • Collect and verify shipping information • Coordinate with internal teams on sample fulfillment • Track sample delivery and posting status • Follow up to ensure creators post content • Encourage proper TikTok Shop linking, pinning, and reposting • Support participation in LIVE events, flash sales, and campaigns • Track outreach, responses, and creator activation • Share insights on creator feedback, objections, and trends • Identify high-performing creators for deeper partnerships
Job Requirements
- Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese
- Professional working fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong written communication skills (especially DM-style messaging)
- Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume outreach work
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliates, or creator outreach (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience working with international or US-based teams (Nice-to-Have)
- Background in eCommerce, influencer marketing, or social commerce (Nice-to-Have)
- Familiarity with TikTok creator ecosystems in China or globally (Nice-to-Have)
