• Design, configure, and develop solutions, applications and automated workflows primarily using our designated low-code platform. • Understand and translate user stories and business requirements into technical designs and functional solutions within the low-code platform across all necessary components. • Develop custom functionality and integrations using our low-code platform, JavaScript, and other languages within the platform or via API connections. • Configure platform components, data models, user interfaces, and business logic to meet specific project needs. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, and potentially external clients to ensure solutions align with requirements and deliver value. • Clearly communicate technical solutions, progress, and potential challenges to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Test, debug, and deploy solutions built on the low-code platform, ensuring quality and performance. • Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions and platform configurations. • Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement using the platform's capabilities. • Stay updated on the features and best practices of the low-code platform and related technologies (JavaScript, Typescript), demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning.

• Responsible for all phases of software development including specification, design, implementation, test, deployment of software that supports Adaptive’s software systems. • Assists in troubleshooting and resolving system issues • Collaborates with software engineering colleagues and stakeholders to develop solutions for both current and future business needs

• Design, modernize, and scale the backend and frontend systems for clinical diagnostic tests. • Own architecture, code quality, and delivery practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Lead delivery of high-impact features and services from discovery to deployment and iteration. • Set and communicate clear technical direction for the team, ensuring designs and implementations align. • Proactively identify and resolve blockers to maintain team momentum and execution quality. • Act as the team’s primary technical representative, communicating status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders. • Champion product quality by balancing scope, risk, and technical debt to deliver meaningful value.

• Agentic: Build using a spec-first, multi-agent workflow in Cursor where AI agents handle planning, code generation, testing, and review. Each agent works with full repo context and clear guardrails. Use automated refactors, policy checks, and risk scoring to keep quality high • Be a key contributor to EvolutionIQ’s unified claims platform working closely with data science and data engineering teams to build a robust, scalable and intuitive web application • Build and maintain the backend REST server that feeds machine learning data and BI (Business Intelligence) data to our intuitive React frontend • Own the entire lifecycle of designing, building and launching enterprise applications • Work in greenfield projects where you have high levels of ownership • Work directly with the head of product, the data science team, UX designers, and end users • Have a key role and ownership in shaping the future of Evolution IQ’s products – from technology choices to building the roadmap • Provide crucial technical expertise, introduce new best practices to the team, drive consistency across all teams, and help prioritize features to increase our client impact • Continue to grow and learn in the engineering space with a focus on business problems that use large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
