• Serve as Product Owner for platform and infrastructure teams, owning backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint readiness • Translate platform and infrastructure needs into clear, actionable user stories and technical requirements • Ensure foundational capabilities such as performance, reliability, scalability, and observability are well-documented • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Document end-to-end technical and user experience workflows across product domains • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and dependencies across systems and teams • Collaborate with Onboarding, Customer Success, Support, Operations, and Engineering to uncover product workarounds • Translate documented gaps into clear backlog items, technical tasks, and acceptance criteria • Act as a connective layer between Product, Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teams • Proactively communicate discoveries and recommendations to stakeholders

• Own and scale all user-facing channels, including early access program and in-app support • Act as the primary voice of the user: triage incoming feedback and translate into actionable product priorities • Dive hands-on into user issues, debugging the platform, educating them about the platform, and helping power users ship apps • Structure and professionalize the Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) program • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and leadership to influence major decisions

• Conduct customer discovery, user experience analyses/observation (quan + qual), and lightweight usability studies to understand ways to improve our patient and customer experience • Translate these findings into requirements to implement throughout our patient experience • Strong knowledge of APIs, AWS, Databases, Kubernetes/Docker, and JavaScript • Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap. • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape. • Translate business goals into clear, prioritized product initiatives. • Write detailed PRDs (Product Requirements Documents), user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Create detailed project plans, sprint schedules, and release calendars • Maintain Jira backlog hygiene and sprint predictability. • Coordinate and implement these project plans in collaboration with external partners and internal teams • Partner closely with engineering to refine the scope and ensure technical feasibility. • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: planning → development → testing → launch. • Communicate status, risks, and product changes clearly and in a structured way.

• Partner on the vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmap for KeeperPAM • Collaborate closely with engineering and design to deliver secure, scalable access management tools, policies, and automation workflows • Engage directly with enterprise security teams, IT administrators, and DevOps teams to understand real-world privileged access use cases • Monitor trends in privileged access management, session recording, just-in-time access, elevation control, and zero-trust enforcement • Guide the full product lifecycle from discovery and planning through development, launch, and iteration • Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on customer value, technical feasibility, and strategic impact • Coordinate across security, support, documentation, and marketing teams to ensure successful adoption and usage • Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to inform roadmap and investment decisions • Maintain deep familiarity with infrastructure security, RBAC and ABAC models, zero-trust architectures, and enterprise identity ecosystems • Advocate for least-privilege access, secure defaults, and security-first design across all product decisions • Actively contribute to technical discussions with engineers, review architecture designs, and assist with PR reviews when needed to ensure solutions are technically sound
