• Own and scale all user-facing channels, including early access program and in-app support • Act as the primary voice of the user: triage incoming feedback and translate into actionable product priorities • Dive hands-on into user issues, debugging the platform, educating them about the platform, and helping power users ship apps • Structure and professionalize the Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) program • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and leadership to influence major decisions
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in high-intensity, execution-heavy roles
- Strong technical foundation, experience developing software, proficient in Javascript
- Proven ability to operate at both levels: zoomed-in on details and zoomed-out on strategy
- Deep comfort working directly with demanding users and clients
- Demonstrated ownership over ambiguous problem spaces with minimal guidance
- Clear, structured communicator who can synthesize messy input into crisp decisions
- High personal bar for quality, speed, and follow-through.
