• Gerenciar e desenvolver um portfólio de clientes através de canais digitais, incluindo redes sociais, e-commerce e comunicação direta via plataformas de mensagens; • Proporcionar consultoria de vendas personalizada, entendendo as necessidades e preferências dos clientes para recomendar produtos que refletem a essência e a qualidade da Tania Bulhões; • Alcançar e superar metas de vendas mensais, com foco em incrementar a carteira de clientes e o volume de vendas; • Manter-se atualizada sobre regras da empresa, bem como sobre as tendências do mercado de luxo e sobre os novos produtos da Tania Bulhões, garantindo um conhecimento profundo do portfólio oferecido; • Utilizar o CRM para registrar interações, preferências dos clientes e transações de vendas, assegurando um acompanhamento eficaz e personalizado; • Trabalhar em colaboração com equipes comerciais, digital, marketing e produto para otimizar estratégias de vendas e campanhas promocionais.

Job Requirements

  • Experiência prévia em vendas, preferencialmente em ambientes de luxo ou varejo com clientes de alta renda;
  • Habilidade comprovada em vendas digitais e gerenciamento de relacionamentos com clientes;
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, com habilidade para interagir efetivamente em diversos canais digitais;
  • Conhecimento em plataformas de CRM e ferramentas de comunicação digital;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente com pouca supervisão;
  • Paixão por produtos de luxo e um forte senso estético;
  • Ensino superior completo em áreas como Administração, Marketing, Comunicação ou áreas relacionadas.
