• Own a portfolio of strategic biopharma accounts, serving as a trusted advisor who aligns our platform with our clients' long-term business objectives • Lead quarterly business reviews that demonstrate clear ROI, align on evolving priorities, and strengthen executive sponsorship • Define and track customer health metrics (NRR, GRR, NPS, product adoption) and translate insights into actionable strategies that influence product roadmap and company direction • Serve as the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Scientific teams, ensuring customer needs drive our innovation priorities • Orchestrate complex customer implementations including platform configuration, custom development, and data integrations aligned to customer use cases • Design and execute account-specific onboarding strategies, facilitating executive workshops and hands-on training that accelerate time-to-value • Develop educational resources (guides, videos, best practices) and host office hours to deepen engagement and expand platform usage across customer organizations • Proactively communicate product updates, new capabilities, and innovative use cases to maximize customer value realization • Develop and execute commercial strategy for your portfolio, identifying expansion opportunities and leading renewal negotiations to achieve industry-leading retention rates • Monitor usage patterns, engagement signals, and business outcomes to proactively address at-risk accounts and surface upsell opportunities • Transform satisfied customers into vocal advocates who provide references, case studies, testimonials, and speak at industry events • Partner with Sales on strategic expansion and new logo opportunities within existing accounts • Diagnose and resolve platform issues through systematic troubleshooting, documenting problems clearly and coordinating with Engineering on appropriate resolution paths • Develop deep platform expertise that enables you to answer complex technical questions and guide customers through sophisticated workflows • Create feedback loops that ensure technical issues inform product improvements and prevent recurring problems
• Shape the Scientific Strategy of Our Platform • Own the scientific integrity of the Prudentia platform—defining how scientific domains, risk frameworks, and value drivers are modeled and represented across therapeutic areas and development stages • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate scientific knowledge into platform features that reflect life sciences decision-making • Develop and maintain scientific content and methodologies across key domains including preclinical and clinical development strategy, safety and toxicology, CMC, commercial, regulatory, and IP • Ensure the platform stays current with evolving industry standards and emerging evidence, proactively identifying gaps and opportunities to enhance scientific credibility and value • Build a scientific knowledge base that can scale: benchmarks, reference datasets, and content that powers the platform’s recommendations and analyses • Serve as Scientific Advisor to Commercial Teams • Serve as the resident scientific expert supporting Sales and Customer Success in client engagements, providing scientific credibility in conversations with executive-level pharma decision-makers across R&D, BD&L, and Portfolio Strategy • Help customers and prospects understand how to use Prudentia to evaluate deal candidates and make investment decisions with greater confidence • Lead scientific discovery sessions with prospective and existing clients to understand their pipeline challenges, identify use cases, and map Prudentia’s capabilities to their strategic objectives • Support development of scientific narratives, case studies, and proof-of-value materials that demonstrate the impact of the platform • Provide Scientific Support to Customers • Act as a scientific resource for select strategic accounts, reviewing platform outputs with clients, contextualizing results within their therapeutic and competitive landscape, and helping them extract maximum scientific value from the Prudentia platform • Support facilitation of scientific workshops, executive briefings, and onboarding sessions that build client confidence and deepen platform engagement • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to proactively identify at-risk accounts or underutilized workflows where deeper scientific engagement could drive retention and expansion • Drive Scientific Thought Leadership • Represent Prudentia Sciences at industry conferences, advisory boards, and scientific forums, building visibility and credibility in the biopharma and life sciences investment communities • Develop white papers, educational content, and scientific commentary that position Prudentia as a trusted voice in AI-driven drug development decision-making • Stay deeply connected to the pharma BD&L and portfolio management ecosystem • Provide scientific input to fundraising narratives, investor materials, and strategic partnerships as needed
• Develop scalable, production-ready LLM applications using frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph • Build robust RAG pipelines and integrate knowledge graphs for biological and clinical data • Write maintainable, high-performance code and build clean APIs and services for machine learning applications • Work with data engineers to build and optimize data workflows and pipelines for high-quality data ingestion and processing • Collaborate with product and domain teams to rapidly prototype AI solutions, iterate based on feedback, and scale models for production • Use modern MLOps tools to deploy and monitor models in production environments (AWS preferred) • Partner with engineering, data, and business teams to identify and develop high-value AI/ML applications • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging ML frameworks, GenAI capabilities, and healthcare technologies
