VP Fidelización y Comunidades

• Acompañar el recorrido del usuario para que tenga una mejor experiencia y quiera quedarse más tiempo. • Diseñar e implementar acciones para mejorar la fidelización y reducir la salida de usuarios. • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de retención basadas en data (cohortes, churn, health score), integrando CRM y data propia. • Crear, activar y hacer crecer una comunidad con dinámicas que promuevan participación y sentido de pertenencia.
Job Requirements
- Experiencia en compañías B2C digitales (idealmente con suscripción).
- Haber liderado temas de fidelización / retención / comunidad o experiencia de cliente.
- Experiencia construyendo crecimiento vía comunidades online y conectando engagement con monetización.
- Buen manejo de herramientas de gestión de clientes (CRM) y trabajo con equipos de marketing/producto.
- Capacidad para liderar, ejecutar y coordinar iniciativas de punta a punta.
- Nivel de inglés avanzado (mínimo B2) Excluyente
