• Architect and maintain the end-to-end BI infrastructure, leveraging Google BigQuery, Fivetran, Looker, and Power BI to ensure data integrity, reliability, and accessibility. • Lead the development of key dashboards and reports, with a heavy focus on Power BI, to monitor critical KPIs across Finance, Sales (Salesforce/Netsuite), Marketing, and Operations. • Drive the BI strategy roadmap tech stack in its entirety to achieve synergy and a cohesive vision. • Perform complex hands-on data modeling and ETL/ELT work to integrate data from diverse sources, including Netsuite, Salesforce, and a Homegrown application. • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to understand strategic objectives and translate them into measurable, actionable data requirements and reporting structures. • Engage directly with business unit owners to democratize data and enable self-service analytics where appropriate, reducing reliance on the central BI team for routine requests. • Oversee data security and compliance measures related to data assets and reporting environments

• Act as the Power BI Subject Matter Expert (SME) and technical leader for enterprise analytics initiatives. • Architect, design, and implement enterprise-scale Power BI solutions aligned with data governance and platform standards. • Lead development of scalable dashboards and reporting solutions handling large transactional datasets (1M+ rows). • Design and maintain enterprise semantic models and reusable data layers. • Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, interactive Power BI dashboards. • Optimize report performance using advanced DAX, data modeling techniques, and query optimization strategies. • Establish Power BI governance, standards, and best practices across teams. • Partner with data engineering teams to align data pipelines with reporting requirements. • Bridge business and technical teams to ensure successful analytics adoption. • Drive modernization initiatives by transitioning legacy reporting into self-service analytics solutions. • Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to onshore/offshore analytics teams.

• Provide architectural guidance and support for the design and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions. • Design, implement, and optimize Power Platform environments and deployment pipelines. • Develop architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for M365 solutions. • Advise project teams on integration, configuration, and optimization of M365 tools, including Power Platform, Azure, Exchange, Intune, and SharePoint. • Collaborate with stakeholders and IRS SMEs to align solutions with business objectives and IRS-specific compliance requirements. • Prepare and maintain architectural documentation, diagrams, and technical design artifacts. • Provide guidance on security, scalability, and maintainability of cloud-based M365 solutions. • Support technical decision-making and serve as a subject matter expert on M365 architecture.

• Collaborate with our local team on various architectural projects, providing creative design solutions, technical drawings, and project documentation. • Ensure work meets client requirements, project deadlines, and adheres to relevant building codes and standards. • Contribute to the conceptual and schematic design phases, providing creative input and developing design solutions aligned with client needs and project goals. • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using software such as Revit, Archicad or SketchUp. • Develop and maintain project documentation, including construction details, material specifications, and technical reports. • Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external consultants via remote communication tools.
