Know when to push, when to concede, and what trade-offs matter. • Manage procurement processes. Fortune 500 companies have complex buying processes. One-pagers, case studies, materials that help close deals. • Cold outreach when bandwidth allows. • Handle contract negotiations. We have templates, but enterprise customers always redline. You'll manage the back and forth. • Customize MSAs, NDAs, DPAs based on customer requirements. • Track contracts, renewal dates, and custom conditions. • Work with legal when needed for complex issues. • Fill out security questionnaires. Dozens of them. Enterprise customers always ask. • Oversee SOC2, ISO27001, and GDPR compliance. Manage our compliance platform and keep it updated. • Respond to vendor security assessments. • Keep compliance documentation current. • Issue invoices via Stripe or banking partners. • Manage vendor relationships and subscriptions. • Onboard enterprise customers. • Help with customer support when needed. • Track renewals and proactively reach out before contracts expire. • Coordinate with accountants on billing questions. • Document workflows. How deals progress, how contracts are handled, how compliance works. • Create reminder systems and tracking processes. • Standardize what's currently in the CEO's head. • Optimize tools. We use Notion, Intercom, and email. No CRM yet. Maybe you'll set one up.
