• You develop our global Enterprise IT PMO, lead central IT initiatives and orchestrate internal and external stakeholders. • You establish the PMO and manage a team of project managers for knowledge sharing, coaching and mutual support. • You independently and with high autonomy lead multiple initiatives up to individual programs within the global ONE RIB transformation. • You confidently manage differing stakeholder interests, mediate conflicts where necessary and provide clear direction. • Direct reporting line to the Global Head of IT, close collaboration with the IT leadership team and significant senior management exposure for you and your initiatives. • You initiate changes in processes, methods and tools and inspire colleagues for new ways of working.
Job Requirements
- A completed university degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent qualification.
- Deep expertise in internal IT or digital transformation.
- Several years of experience leading IT projects or programs, ideally in a corporate matrix environment or consulting.
- Experience analyzing, digitizing and optimizing complex business processes.
- Excellent skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint and experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Planner, Power Automate, brainstorming tools, ...).
- Enjoyment of complex tasks, structured working and hypothesis-driven approaches.
- Team-oriented working style, sense of responsibility and ability to motivate colleagues.
- Strong execution focus, prioritization skills and pragmatism.
- Very good German & English skills (at least C1 level).
