This team will operate as cross functional center of excellence building and supporting a Customer Events Hub focused on delivering real-time event streaming and product analytics capabilities for business partners.

Job Requirements

  • This role will be focused on the “What” – Data governance and Insights. They will co-own tracking plans with product owners and business analysts. They will builds Mixpanel dashboards and translate business user stories into technical requirements
  • Key Responsibilities:**
  • Tracking Plan Management: Co-owns and maintains Segment Tracking Plans with application product managers to ensure data is sent according to business needs.
  • Requirements & Documentation: Consults on data projects of intermediate complexity to understand design requirements and draft documentation for data collection. Product Analytics: Builds and maintains reports and dashboards in Mixpanel to track user behavior and KPIs.
  • Data Quality: Validates data assumptions and ensures tracking plans are aligned across various applications to maintain a "single version of the truth".
  • Stakeholder Consulting: Consults with application development teams to ensure data is being captured and sent according to the enterprise data catalogue.
  • Develops basic value-based analytics solutions for quality, business process functionality, or other strategic/data/analytic initiatives of limited complexity.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and establish analytics requirements.
  • Creates detailed documentation and business plans that address stakeholder needs.
  • Liaises between IT and Product Management for data solutions.
  • Develops and implements basic enterprise-wide data integration strategies that utilize various data-marts and data warehouse applications to enhance reporting.
  • Continuously works to improve data platforms, dashboards, and reports to meet emerging and changing business demands and guidelines. Consults with guidance from Principal on UAT, technical specifications, strategic planning, contract design, technical support, testing updates, and trainings.
  • Uses basic understanding of data elements, structures, standards typically involved in financial services transactions, reporting, and cloud-based data storage/sharing to adopt and apply standards in a way that satisfies and balances regulatory and compliance requirements with business needs.
  • Manages data from single sources and uses project management skills to complete simple projects with coaching and guidance.
  • Transmits data and proactively works to ensure data quality.
  • Troubleshoots data issues and devises creative and effective ways to avoid or mitigate issues.

  • Experience in Analytics using any of this:**
  • Twilio Segment / Rudderstacck / Tealum / mParticle - Entry Level

  • Google Analytics / Amplitude / Logrocket - Entry Level
  • Great Communication Skills (This position will be the point of contact between Stakeholders and the Area)
