Bookkeeper

• Maintain and update financial records, including transaction management, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. • Communicate with clients via calls and emails to discuss reports, answer queries, and provide bookkeeping support. • Prepare and review financial statements, profit and loss reports, and balance sheets. • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. • Work with accounting software such as FreshBooks, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms. • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records. • Collaborate with senior accountants within the company as needed to get answers to client questions.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle client calls and emails professionally.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including reconciliation, accounting tasks, and transaction processing. • Support the finance team by managing daily accounting and financial tasks. • Handle reconciliations, debits, credits, and general bookkeeping activities. • Contribute to the annual and periodic budgeting process, working with management to develop accurate financial forecasts and projections. • Troubleshoot and resolve financial discrepancies with accuracy and timeliness. • Ensure all financial records are accurate, organized, and up to date. • Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and support business operations.
