Digital Campaign & Ad Operations Coordinator
Twoconnect
Join a global digital media organization supporting UK advertising campaigns and newsletter production. This remote role suits a detail-oriented coordinator experienced in digital campaign setup, reporting, and stakeholder support. You’ll work closely with Sales and Advertising teams to ensure campaigns launch accurately, assets are delivered on time, and performance data is tracked and reported with precision. **Key Responsibilities** - Support the UK Sales team by following up on and securing artwork for advertising campaigns within required timeframes - Set up and serve digital advertising campaigns across UK platforms - Monitor live campaigns to ensure correct implementation and performance tracking - Troubleshoot basic campaign setup issues where required - Set up UK newsletters for testing and deployment - Ensure formatting, links, and tracking are accurate prior to release - Prepare and deliver structured UK campaign reporting - Monitor campaign delivery metrics and flag discrepancies early - Maintain accurate records of campaign data and timelines - Manage new user verification across UK and Australian sites - Ensure access levels and approvals are processed accurately and promptly
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in a digital production, campaign coordination, or ad operations role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management capability, particularly supporting Sales teams.
- Experience with Google Ad Manager (ideal but not essential).
- Exposure to newsletter platforms or marketing automation tools.
- High level of accuracy and quality control.
- Deadline-driven with strong time management.
- Structured and process-oriented mindset.
- Proactive follow-up capability.
- Comfortable working across time zones.
