• Entwicklung von einzigartigen Creative-Strategien, Hypothesen und Ad-Ideen für META, YouTube und TikTok • Schnelle Verantwortung für die Ideenentwicklung über Briefing, Testing bis hin zur Analyse, mit Fokus auf datengetriebene Performance und strukturierte Prozesse. • Arbeit in einem Team mit klaren Strukturen, kreativen Freiraum und hohen Qualitätsansprüchen. • Analyse von Zielgruppen, Märkten sowie Wettbewerbern und Identifizierung relevanter Trends sowie Plattform-Formate. • Erstellung präziser Creative-Briefings für Creator, Design und Video Editing. • Auswertung der Creative-Performance und Ableitung klarer Optimierungsmaßnahmen. • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Media Buying, Copywriting, Design und Editing und Präsentation wichtiger Insights an Kunden.

Job Requirements

  • Erfahrung mit Meta Ads, inklusive Creative-Entwicklung am besten aus E-Commerce Projekten.
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Creative Frameworks und psychologischer Werbung.
  • Datenbasierte Insights in kreative Strategien übersetzen und Konzepte eigenständig umsetzen.
  • Zu gleichen Teilen kreativ und analytisch, proaktiv, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.
