• Maintains responsibility of assigned projects. Ensures on-time delivery, communicates the status of projects to internal teams and study • Maintains awareness of the key elements of the contract and scope of work for assigned project(s) and communicates status updates to the Project team as necessary. • Perform project forecasting of hours, and identification of resource requirements and manages project budgets including identification of out-of-scope work and post production changes • Provides input and guidance to the design of clinical databases to the client and internal teams • Builds and supports clinical databases • Develops, tests, and validates programs and clinical database to support client-related projects and third-party applications. • Provides system administration and advanced technical support services for internally developed applications and clinical databases, client-related projects and third-party applications • Troubleshoots and resolves software and clinical database problems • Develops and maintains study-specific validation documents • Provides support to data management for client-related projects from CRF design to post database close and archival • May design, develop and validate the Company’s internal applications, client-related projects and third-party applications. • Participate in software vendor selection • Participate in conducting EDC demonstrations and trainings • Participate in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and corresponding process documentation related to data management and database management activities • Supports with onboarding of new hires • Provide leadership for cross-functional and organization-wide initiatives, where applicable • Trains and ensures that all data management project team members have been sufficiently trained • Communicate with study sponsors, vendors and project teams as needed regarding data, database or other relevant project issues • Present software demonstrations/trainings, department/company training sessions, present at project meetings • Performs all duties in accordance with SOPs, government regulations, guidelines and industry standards. • May require some travel • Perform other duties as assigned

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of customer-facing software engineers and solution architects. • Set technical and delivery standards for custom solution development across enterprise engagements. • Foster a culture of technical excellence, customer empathy, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Partner with recruiting to attract top-tier engineering and solutions talent. • Act as a senior technical leader and trusted advisor for enterprise customers, including C-suite and VP-level stakeholders. • Lead executive-level discovery, solution design, and technical validation sessions. • Present and demo product capabilities, custom solutions, and technical roadmaps with confidence and clarity. • Ensure customer solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term platform strategy. • Oversee the design and delivery of full-stack custom solutions, including APIs and integrations, backend services and data pipelines, databases and data models, frontend and UI/UX experiences. • Guide teams in translating customer business requirements into robust technical architectures. • Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent enterprise engagements. • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to scope, price, and sell professional services and custom solutions. • Support pre-sales activities including technical discovery, solutioning, and services scoping. • Balance customer customization with platform scalability and product roadmap alignment. • Contribute to the evolution of services offerings, packaging, and go-to-market strategy. • Collaborate with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities based on enterprise customer needs. • Work with core Engineering teams to align on architectural standards, security, and platform extensibility. • Partner with Strategic Services leadership to define success metrics, utilization targets, and customer impact.

• Work on development tasks for video delivery systems, to include materials ingest, Digital Rights Management (DRM), Adaptive Bitrate Streaming formats, and content delivery • Participate in development discussions and complete assigned tasks • Collaborate with the broader development team, quality assurance professionals, designers, business analysts and other software engineers in an open, creative environment

• Design, build, and deploy SnapLogic pipelines integrating: • Develop real-time and batch integrations to support: • Implement API-based integrations using REST/SOAP • Design source-to-target mappings and transformation logic • Build robust error handling, logging, retry logic, and monitoring • Support data governance and data quality initiatives tied to Salesforce data domains • Participate in technical design sessions with university IT and functional stakeholders • Support UAT, production releases, and post-go-live stabilization
